System One is actively seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, supporting scaffolding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by identifying their needs and providing effective solutions through our products and services.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide management with ongoing feedback regarding customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for new products or services.
- Attend networking events and industry functions to generate new business opportunities and build professional relationships.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop design concepts and facilitate drawings that meet customer specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare accurate equipment take-offs from engineered drawings and internal designs for handoff to the operations team.
- Organize and participate in Lunch & Learn presentations to educate potential customers on company products and services.
- Create and deliver clear, detailed proposals outlining products, services, and pricing.
- Utilize the company CRM system to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate records, and track sales pipeline activity.
Outside Sales Requirements:- Previous outside sales experience within the scaffolding, construction, or related industry
- Proven ability to maintain and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with estimating and preparing project-related quotes or proposals
- Familiarity with CRM software for customer and pipeline management
Compensation: - Salary with 3% to 5% of monthly receivables commission
- Vehicle Allowance - $600/month
