Outside Sales Representative - Roofing

ShieldPro is seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in roofing sales. This role is focused on generating new business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and self-generated leads. We're looking for someone who understands roofing and can confidently sell services while helping expand opportunities in additional service areas.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through door-to-door sales and networking efforts
- Focus on roofing sales as the top priority while identifying additional service opportunities
- Inspect and measure roofs to provide accurate estimates
- Educate homeowners on roofing products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Manage your territory and sales pipeline independently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing sales (highly desired)
- Strong sales background with the ability to close deals
- Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and self-generating leads
- Ability to safely inspect and measure roofs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits:
