Indy Roof & Restoration is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to run in-home roofing sales appointments in the Indianapolis area. We handle production, scheduling, insurance processing, and back-office support--so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals.
This role is built for closers, not beginners. Top performers earn $250K+.
What You'll Do
- Run in-home and on-site roofing sales appointments
- Sell residential and light commercial roofing projects
- Present proposals and close contracts
- Work an assigned territory within approximately one hour of your home base
- Follow up on leads and active opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Confident closer with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and driven
- Valid driver's license
