Who We're Looking For
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and expanding market share within an assigned territory. This role focuses on contractors, municipalities, property managers, and commercial accounts.
This is not a desk job or an entry-level sales role. You will be working independently in the field on a daily basis, cold calling on new customers, building face-to-face relationships, solving problems, and closing business.
We are looking for an experienced, restless salesperson with a track record of success growing sales. You will be expected to prospect consistently, manage your pipeline professionally, and close business.

What Success Looks Like
What We Offer
Primary Function:
Obtain new business by establishing and maintaining effective contact with potential buyers while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations
Follow up with decision-makers and close sales
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Deliver accurate, timely quotes
Maintain thorough knowledge of SealMaster's products, services, and pricing
Promote all product lines including pavement sealer, sports surfacing, maintenance equipment, tools, rentals, and repair services
Participate in trade shows, marketing events, and industry functions
Travel daily (7am-5pm, Monday-Friday) with approximately 30 overnights per year.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Educational and experience requirements include: High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Sales or related field) but not required. Minimum 2 years of outside sales or cold-calling experience with proven results. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs consistently. Must be capable of, and comfortable with, utilizing hand tools and working in field environments.
