Compensation: Base Salary + Weekly Commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$120,000+

Position Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners in their homes, assess their project needs, provide recommendations, prepare estimates, and close sales. Success in this role comes from strong communication, coachability, and a desire to continuously improve. No cold calling or door knocking. Your focus is helping homeowners find the right solution while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Consultation
- Meet with homeowners at pre-qualified appointments
- Assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Measure project areas and prepare estimates
- Present pricing and close sales
- Build trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Customer Follow-Up
- Manage customer communication through our CRM
- Follow up on pending opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records
Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training
- Attend team meetings and ride-alongs
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Coachable with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience
Home improvement or in-home sales experience
Compensation
- Base Salary + Weekly Commission
