Our insurance agency is growing and we are looking to fill our a spot on our Outside Sales Team. We have offices in Union, MO, Washington, MO, and Crystal City, MO. This position will be in person at our Washington, MO location. We need professionals committed to providing an exceptional experience when a future client is looking to purchase insurance. You will walk a prospect through their current coverages and educate them on how insurance works so you can provide a recommendation based on their budget and their family's needs. Responsibilities

  • Talk to leads and clients over the phone.
  • Develop insurance quotes using computer-based software.
  • Complete multiple sales transactions in one day.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to improving every day.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly follow up.
  • Establish relationships with clients and follow up as needed.
  • Work as a team to hold yourself and others accountable to their goals.
  • Work each day to hone your craft as an Insurance Sales Representative.

Requirements
  • Must complete the personality assessment and problem solving quiz. We will not reach out for an interview until both are 100% complete.
  • Must be coachable and able to follow directions.
  • Must have a positive attitude with a growth mindset.
  • Must be able to talk on the phone, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to handle multiple clients over the course of a day.
  • Must be dependable, trustworthy, and ethical.
  • Office experience or a client-facing background is a plus.
  • Insurance experience preferred but not required.

Obtaining an insurance license will be required before starting and we can help provide you with inexpensive training materials.
