Outside Sales Representative, Home Improvement
Location: Newton, MA (In-Home / Outside Sales)
Pay: Base salary + Commission

We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow into a top-performing in-home sales professional. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations from company-provided leads
- Collaborate with a designated estimating team that will measure and quote home improvement services
- Learn and follow a structured sales process
- Use CRM tools to manage the pipeline and follow-ups
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
- Attend weekly sales meetings for coaching and mentorship
Qualifications
- 2+ years of home improvement commissioned sales experience
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
- Motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
- Coachable, curious, and open to feedback
- Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, iPads, and smartphones
- Must be able to travel to in-home appointments and attend meetings at the Newton office
- Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
- Strong candidates can realistically expect to earn $175,000+ in their first year
- Base salary: $50,000
- Compensation goal: ~7% of total sales
