Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fully Remote
Compensation: Base $40,000 + monthly commission
Benefits: Company car, $1,500 monthly travel allowance, medical, dental, vision and PTO.
An Addison Group client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative!
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct field-based outreach to established and prospective partners across designated territories
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive loan application growth
• Manage daily schedules and plan independent travel across territories (up to 5 days/week on the road)
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with clients and partners using tools like PowerPoint
• Track engagement activity and meet performance metrics focused on partner contact, appointment setting, and pipeline building—not just call volume
• Stay organized and self-motivated in a high-energy, performance-based environment
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in outside sales or related fields (real estate, automotive, finance, etc.)
• Comfortable operating independently with a "road warrior" mindset
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight 1–2 nights/week as needed
