Seamless Flooring is seeking an experienced flooring sales professional to join our Phoenix team. This role is not entry-level; strong flooring knowledge and prior sales experience are required.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships
- Sell flooring solutions to apartment communities, property managers, builders, and commercial clients
- Accurately prepare and present flooring estimates and bids
- Understand and explain flooring products (carpet, LVP, vinyl, tile, pad, etc.)
- Follow up on bids and close sales
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business
Requirements
- Proven flooring sales experience (required)
- Strong understanding of flooring products, measurements, and bidding
- Experience selling to multifamily, commercial, or residential customers
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
