Outside Sales Representative
Location: Beaumont, Ca
Schedule: M- F: 8:30A- 4:30P
Pay Range: $20-25/HR
Local Travel Required. Must have vehicle.
Engraving company is seeking a relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative who knows how to show up, connect, and build trust in meaningful moments. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales visits to build and maintain relationships with cemeteries, funeral homes, and community members.
Meet with clients in various settings, including cemeteries, funeral homes, and private residences, to discuss engraving services with professionalism, empathy, and care
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
Execute basic marketing efforts such as email campaigns, follow-ups, and client communications
Maintain consistent communication with prospects and existing clients
Perform light in-office sales activities, including cold calling and follow-ups
Track sales activity and maintain organized client records
Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner at all times
Required Qualifications
2 5 years of outside sales experience
Experience with relationship-based or consultative sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Reliable transportation and valid driver s license
Comfortable traveling locally and meeting clients in different environments, including private homes
Nice to Have
Experience with email marketing or campaign outreach
Background in service-based or consultative sales
Experience working with funeral homes, cemeteries, or memorial services
Compensation & Perks
Hourly pay: $20 $25/hour depending on experience
Commission structure based on sales performance
Mileage reimbursement for travel
