What You’ll Do
- Meet with motivated homeowners
- Identify seller needs and present win-win solutions
- Negotiate and close purchase agreements
- Manage a full pipeline using our CRM and proven systems
- Work closely with leadership, renovation, and disposition teams
What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales experience (real estate NOT required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A “hunter” mentality, proactive, persistent, competitive
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
