Location: St. Louis, MO

The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading national roofing company to identify driven, customer-focused Roofing Sales Representatives. This organization isn’t just repairing roofs—they’re building trust, restoring homes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction to project completion.

We’re seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven environment. In this role, you’ll serve as the face of the company in your community—connecting with homeowners, conducting roof inspections, and guiding customers through the insurance and sales process with professionalism and integrity.


What You Will Do

  • Prospect & Build Relationships: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and door-to-door outreach while establishing a strong local presence.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Conduct roof inspections, develop sales strategies, present solutions, and secure signed agreements while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  • Educate & Advise Customers: Clearly explain roofing conditions, options, and recommendations while preparing tailored proposals based on customer needs.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Provide concierge-level service to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
  • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up consistently with leads and active clients.
  • Represent the Brand: Act as a professional and courteous ambassador both in the field and within the community.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable walking on roofs, climbing ladders/stairs, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
  • Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license required
