Top building material company is currently seeking an Outside Sales Manager to help grow and manager their market share in Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire. They are one of the largest distributors of Building Materials and are well known for their quality products which makes them the absolute first choice for contractors, builders and remodelers. This position is responsible for managing Sales Representatives responsible for new and existing business in the Big Box Retail Channel.
The ideal candidate will spend part of the week in the office and the other part on the road. There are 4 direct reports.
Other Requirements:
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Clean drivers license
· At least two years of direct sales experience
· A hunter with a track record of prospecting for new business
College degree preferred.
