The Outside Sales Rep (Industrial) is an outside sales role tasked to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with customers. Owns the industrial relationship and buyer relationship with key customers in Southern California market, collaborating with clients to understand specific needs and recommending the most suitable products for their projects. Part of an integrated local sales team focused on delivering value to customers and achieving sales and margin growth expectations. Ensures superior value is delivered to customers in support of primary demand efforts. Responsible for promoting and selling Distribution's full range of products, including engineered wood, commodities, and specialty building products.
This role can be located in either Fontana or Santa Clarita, CA.
Accountabilities:
We manufacture and sell an innovative collection of proven structural framing materials to the residential, multi-family and light commercial markets, and provide seamless building solutions, from design to installation to support. This team moves fast, works smart and never stops pushing to be and stay number one in the industry.

What We Offer...
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $82,000 - $123,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Sales Incentive Program, which offers a quarterly cash bonus.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
