Our client, a premier title agency, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with strong real estate connections who wants to play a key role in expanding business and strengthening client partnerships.What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain business relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, and attorneys.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to grow title insurance business.
• Actively network with prospective clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.
• Work closely with the title team to ensure seamless support and outstanding client service.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and industry expertise.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or within the title/escrow industry.
• Established book of business and strong industry network.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Energetic, optimistic, and proactive approach to business development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + 12% commission (paid bi-weekly)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 after 90 days + $2,500 annual bonus
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, $15,000 employer-paid life insurance
