Job Details

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HVAC, mechanical, or engineered equipment sales experience
  • Experience working with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors preferred
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-starter with a consultative sales mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, and facility professionals
  • Promote HVAC and mechanical equipment solutions throughout the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive project specifications
  • Manage sales pipeline activity from prospecting through project completion
  • Conduct product presentations and technical consultations
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to support customer needs
  • Track market activity, project opportunities, and competitor trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
