Dixie Plywood & Lumber Company has announced that they are actively recruiting to fill an Outside Sales Representative position.
An ideal candidate for this position is someone who possesses a background and proven sales experience in the dealer market; as well as product knowledge in dealer specialty products, Hardie siding and trim, softwood lumber and plywood, and other building materials. Purchasing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
A strong emphasis will be placed on communication skills, self-motivation, and self-discipline. The individual placed in this position will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner, while providing our customers the utmost in customer service.
Candidates should also possess an aptitude for computer applications. Additionally, knowledge and familiarity of the market and/or our primary products would be helpful.
