Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, generating new business opportunities, and guiding customers through the design process for their countertops.
As an Outside Sales Designer, you will work directly with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners to help them choose the perfect countertops while representing one of the region's most trusted brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners.
- Conduct in-person showroom consultations to assist with countertop selections.
- Visit job sites and builders to generate new business opportunities.
- Help customers navigate material selections and design options.
- Collect project information and collaborate with the estimating team for accurate proposals.
- Present proposals, secure signed contracts, and process deposits.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers through the sales process.
- Represent Atlantic Stoneworks professionally in the community.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable meeting new people and establishing business relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to guide clients through design decisions and product selection.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly within countertops, cabinetry, or construction, is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
Salary & Performance-Based Bonuses:
- Developing: $50,000 to $65,000 annually
- Solid Performer: $70,000 to $90,000 annually
- High Performer: $95,000 to $120,000+ annually
