Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage small to midsize businesses to introduce tailored HR and business solutions.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with decision-makers to uncover challenges and present value-driven solutions.
- Leverage your professional network to build meaningful, lasting partnerships.
- Consistently achieve sales goals set by leadership.
- Prepare and complete proposals, bids, and necessary documentation for new client contracts.
- Support a smooth onboarding process by gathering and facilitating client information.
