We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Account Manager to expand our customer base, strengthen existing partnerships, and help bring premium seafood and specialty products to some of the region’s top culinary establishments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Territory Development & Sales Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, retailers, and foodservice operators
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Conduct regular in-person client visits and account reviews
- Introduce seasonal, specialty, and value-added product offerings
欄 Client Partnership & Account Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by offering product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Partner with operations and internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and service
New Business Development
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry connections
- Deliver compelling product presentations and sales pitches
- Support product tastings, menu consultations, and promotional initiatives
Organization & Sales Strategy
- Manage pipeline activity and customer interactions through CRM tools
- Develop weekly territory plans and sales strategies
- Participate in sales meetings, promotions, and team initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Strong relationship-building and sales skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to occasionally lift 30–50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments when needed
Preferred Experience
- Outside sales or foodservice industry experience
- Background in hospitality, restaurant, or distribution sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field—or equivalent experience
