Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Outside Operations Lead at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. NRG Park is a premier facility with four major venues within one complex, including NRG Center, NRG Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), NRG Astrodome, and NRG Arena. This position serves as a frontline operations leader, supporting event execution across the park. Under the direction of Outside Operations Coordinators and Managers, the Outside Operations Lead assists with supervising staff, coordinating event setup and breakdown, and ensuring safe and efficient operations during events. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and exposure to large-scale events in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth within operations. Acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients' requirements are met and facility rules and policies are adhered to.

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in event operations, logistics, parking operations, facilities, construction, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience leading small teams or coordinating tasks is a plus.
Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur. Ability to work long and irregular hours may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
Basic proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications. Familiarity with parking systems or signage programs is a plus.
Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States. Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
