Territory Sales Representative – Dental Sleep Medicine

DynaFlex is one of the largest and most trusted dental laboratories in the United States, and our Dental Sleep Medicine division is rapidly expanding. We are seeking driven, relationship-focused sales professionals who want to build a career in one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare.

Sleep apnea affects over 30 million Americans, and dentists are playing an increasingly important role in providing life-changing treatment through oral appliance therapy. As a Dental Sleep Medicine Sales Representative, you will help dental and medical professionals grow their practices while improving patient health outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, educating clinicians, and growing a territory with strong support from an established industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by connecting with dental practices, physicians, universities, and healthcare providers
• Build long-term consulting relationships with clients to recommend the best products and solutions for their practices
• Manage and grow a defined sales territory while identifying new opportunities for expansion
• Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity through our CRM platform
• Travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel and some weekends for regional meetings, conferences, and training events
• Achieve and exceed mutually agreed-upon sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of DynaFlex products, services, and innovations within dental sleep medicine

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA)
• 2–4 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Experience in dental, orthodontic, or medical device sales is a plus
• Passion for technology-driven healthcare solutions
• Ability to confidently present and educate in front of groups and clinical audiences
• Strong ability to learn and sell technical products and services
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and desire to grow professionally
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
