Outpatient Rehab Supervisor

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Supervisor at St. Anthonys Rehab Center provides operational and clinical support to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across outpatient therapy services. This role oversees daily clinic operations, supports team performance, and collaborates with leadership to drive efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes. The Supervisor serves as a key liaison between staff, patients, and leadership while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented environment.

Outpatient Rehab Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Ability to utilize effective management skills and has greater than 10 direct reports.
• Supports the Rehab Services Manager.
• Manages team member and patient care issues.
• Assists the manager with hiring, performance review, coaching, counseling and termination.
• Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing, team member competency and policy review.
• Ensures regulatory requirements are met and establishes goals for process improvement.
• Acts as a role model for others. This position also provides direct patient care when necessary.

Requirements:

• 5 years - Rehabilitation or 5 years in a related field

• 2 years - Coordinator Role in a related field

• Bachelor's Degree - Related Field, master's degree - Related Field, preferred

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• PT (Physical Therapy) or OT (Occupational Therapy) or Speech Therapy - License
