Bellin Health is seeking a Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds) Physician to join our busy and well-established Ashwaubenon Clinic. This full-service clinic provides comprehensive, coordinated care with a strong emphasis on team-based care and work-life balance, including a 4-day work week.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment supported by on-site services and a highly engaged care team.

Compensation & Benefits
- 2-year compensation guarantee
- Production, quality, and value-based bonuses
Time Off & CME
- Paid Time Off:
- 200 hours annually during guarantee
- 264 hours annually after guarantee
- CME:
- $5,000 annual stipend
- 80 hours of CME time

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
- Eligible for and able to maintain unrestricted licensure
- Meet all Bellin Medical Staff requirements
Preferred:
- Dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
