Rollins St., Orlando, FL 328 + The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour. + Determines physical therapy diagnosis and establishes a plan of care, making recommendations for referral if treatment is needed outside the scope of physical therapist practice. + Designs and implements treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards, recommended techniques, modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient needs. + Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures. + Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. + Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships. + Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community. + Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required] + Entry level competency of physical therapy practice, theory, principles, and applications as defined in competency/department policies [Required] + Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required] **Education:** + Doctorate [Preferred] **Field of Study:** + in Physical Therapy **Work Experience:** + 2 years of Pelvic experience and/or completion of APTA PH1 webinar and lab courses [Preferred] **Additional Information:** + Education requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body.
