Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist
Hot Springs Health Program (HSHP)
Marshall, North Carolina

Join a team where you can practice the way physical therapy was meant to be practiced.

Hot Springs Health Program is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation department located within Mashburn Medical Center in Marshall, North Carolina.
As a nonprofit healthcare organization serving the residents of Madison County and surrounding communities, HSHP provides a unique opportunity to combine exceptional patient care with meaningful community impact. Our integrated healthcare model includes primary care providers, outpatient rehabilitation, home health, hospice, behavioral health services, and in-house pharmacies, all working together to provide coordinated care for our patients.

Why Therapists Choose HSHP
True One-on-One Care:
Unlike many outpatient clinics, every patient visit at HSHP is one-on-one with a licensed therapist.
  • No double-booking.
  • No dovetailing patients.
  • No rehab technicians are providing treatment
  • Individualized patient care for every visit
Our therapists have the time and freedom to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Clinical Autonomy:
We trust our therapists to use their clinical judgment.
