    Position Summary

    We are hiring licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) in Florida to provide hands-on therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.     Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
    • Assist residents with regaining skills related to daily living, mobility, and fine motor function
    • Track and document resident progress and report changes to the OT
    • Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies
    • Communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, goal-driven care
    • Maintain documentation in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
    • Current Florida OTA license (required)
    • Senior living or similar experience preferred
    • Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
    • CPR certification (as required by facility or state regulations)
    • Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
    • Compassionate, resident-focused, and collaborative mindset
