Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an exciting outpatient memory
care opportunity in beautiful Tucson, AZ

What you can Expect
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $150,000 –
$175,000 BOE
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable
loan structure)

Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
or Physician Assistant
- Prior neurology or memory care
experience preferred
- Eligible for Arizona medical
licensure
