Full-Time Therapist (School-Aged through Adult) – Ellie Mental Health Westlake

We’re hiring a full-time licensed therapist to provide therapy for clients ranging from school-aged children through adults. What You’ll Do:
- Provide therapy for children, teens, and adults
- Maintain a caseload of 25–30 client hours per week
- Complete assessments & individualized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based and creative interventions to help clients thrive
- Collect client balances with the assistance of our billing support team
- Collaborate with a caring and dynamic clinical team
What You Need:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science field
- Active Ohio license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PhD, or equivalent)
- Experience working with kids, teens, and adults
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling & documentation
- Passion for therapy and helping clients reach their goals
