What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy
- Create treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the team
- Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full-time)
- Advocate for clients and coordinate with relevant support systems, and complete light administrative tasks
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience with assessments, documentation, and diverse populations
- Proficiency with EHR systems and basic office tech
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
- Experience with couples, families, or youth
- Supervisor eligibility, bilingual skills, or specialized certifications
- Familiarity with outpatient care and community resources
