Responsibilities and Duties


  • Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR
  • Manage a steady caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and community providers when needed
  • Participate in occasional team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Skills


  • Fully licensed or pre-licensed clinicians working toward PA licensure are encouraged to apply 
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Comfort working with diverse populations across the lifespan
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus) and telehealth platforms
