Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $285,000
- Performance-Based Incentives: wRVU productivity bonus and quality bonus
- Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000

Qualifications:
- Degree:MD or DO
- Certifications:BE/BC Family Medicine
- Licensure:Must be eligible to receive an Illinois medical license
