Required Qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma/GED
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (within new hire period)
Experience
One year of recent healthcare experience in a hospital or ambulatory, homecare, assisted living, nursing home or long-term care setting OR additional formal training/education
Core Responsibilities
In this role, an Outpatient Clinical Care Assistant supports patients and care teams by helping with screenings, specimen collection, health record updates, exam room preparation, and supply management. You’ll also monitor and share important patient information while gaining hands-on experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and registering patients. We're expanding and have multiple positions to fill.
