 Responsibilities:
  • Welcomes, schedules, re-schedules, makes reminder calls and back-fills appointments\
  • Answering the telephone and performing other general clerical duties
  • Collects co-pays, financial and demographic information
  • Develops, edits, and maintains paperwork, and reports
  • Provides clerical support to the team
 Qualifications:     
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years’ experience working in a medical office environment
  • Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills, be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work independently
  • Preferred candidates will have experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities
