Compensation - Based on Experience

• New Graduates: $400,000 – $425,000+
• 3-6 Years of Experience: $425,000 – $475,000+
• 6+ Years of Experience: $475,000 – $500,000+
• Negotiable partnership.

Case Mix - All Outpatient

Orthopedics, spine, podiatry, general surgery,sedation for pain management and more - all in a high quality ambulatory surgery center environment.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients throughout surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Provide pre-operative evaluations, intra-operative management, and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons, perioperative nurses, and the broader care team to deliver seamless patient centered care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all anesthesia services in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
• New graduates welcome - excellent mentorship and support environment
• Team oriented with excellent communication skills
