Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hospitality-focused Beverage Cart/Creekhouse Manager to oversee daily beverage cart & Creekhouse operations. This role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, driving beverage sales, ensuring compliance with health and alcohol service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-service driven, and experienced in food & beverage or hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Cart Operations

  • Manage daily beverage cart operations, including scheduling, inventory, stocking, and cleanliness
  • Train, supervise, and motivate beverage cart attendants
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure all alcohol service complies with state and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with ordering supplies
  • Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally
  • Operate Creekhouse daily

Leadership & Administration

  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and labor management
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Support special events, tournaments, and club functions
  • Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or management experience of 2 years preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of beverage inventory and alcohol service procedures
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Working with various chemicals
