Job Summary Basic Function: Technical Training Center Specialist - Routesetter will be primarily responsible for maintaining a high level of safety within the Technical Training Center facility. Routesetters are responsible for creating and maintaining the excellence of the Technical Training Centers core product. Routesetters must have an understanding of climbing allowing them to create a quality fluid and universally enjoyed product that meets our member and guests needs.

Required Qualifications • Previous climbing experience is necessary. • Familiarity in belaying, tie-in knots, and general climbing equipment is required. • Must have the ability to climb 5.8 on top rope. • American Red Cross CPRAED and standers first aid certifications

Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important instructions to other workers accurately or quickly. Ability to receive detailed information with or without assistance. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Physical Requirements of this position Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual Acuity Requirements including color depth perception and field of vision. Not required. The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position. None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as in typical office or administrative work.
