SCHEDULE
Full-time,in-office positions
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
THE ROLE
Call guests who have purchased a vacation package but haven't booked their trip yet
Get them excited and keep them on the line
Help them pick destinations, dates, and package details
Turn "I'll call you back" into a finalized reservation and collect payment on the spot
Use proven scripts to build urgency and secure the booking
Bring energy to every call
Hit your daily and weekly performance goals

Prior customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus—not required
