We are expanding our team and searching for a motivated Foundation Repair Sales Specialist. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, evaluate foundation and waterproofing needs, present solutions, and close sales using a proven process. Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
• Perform foundation evaluations and prepare proposals using company software and tools
• Follow established sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and closing strategies
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Secure deposits and coordinate with operations and production teams
• Generate additional opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts
• Represent the Ram Jack brand professionally at all times

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction sales, home services sales, or in-home sales
• Foundation repair or waterproofing sales experience preferred

• Comfortable using mobile applications and sales technology
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel to appointments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
