Responsibilities include monitoring P&D loads for accuracy and adherence to safety standards, practicing loss prevention, and continuously improving processes.
They plan warehouse layouts, assign duties, and review work for quality and policy compliance.
The role requires maintaining risk awareness and implementing controls.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of a management training program.
Work shift is second shift.
