Job Details
We're helping our client find an experienced OTR CDL A Driver based in Abilene, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity paying 32% of gross revenue — averaging $1,600/week with additional performance bonuses on top - up to ($500/weekly).
This role requires drivers to stay out for 2 weeks at a time. Must have a minimum of 6 months CDL A experience and a clean MVR.
Pay
- 32% of gross revenue

- Performance bonuses for safety, fuel economy, inspections, and longevity ($500/weekly)

Schedule
- OTR — out for 2 weeks at a time
What You'll Be Doing
- Running OTR dry van routes out of Abilene, TX
- Operating a 2023 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission and sleeper cab
- Hauling dry van freight
What You Need
- Valid CDL A
- 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
