Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance - Work a M-F clinic hours
• Minimal on-call - 1:4 on-call rotation to support healthy work-life balance
• Explosive patient demandmarket dropped from 12 ENTs to only 4, guaranteeing immediate volume
• Protected weekly OR block every Friday at local hospital
• Three medical assistants + two RNs supporting just two ENTs
• Choose your focus: bread-and-butter ENT or head & neck specialty

Compensation & Benefits:

• First year total comp- up to $552,000
• $80,000 Sign-on bonus
• $12,000 Relocation bonus
• Resident Stipend of $20,000 per year
• 2 weeks of CME allowance and $5,000
• 6 weeks of paid time off
• 401K with company match of 5%
• Occurrence-based malpractice coverage
• Will accept J1 Visa candidates
• 100% paid employee+ family health insurance

Qualifications:

• Degree:DO or MD
• Certification:Board eligible or certified
• Licensure:Active IL license or the ability to obtain one
• Work Ethic: Desire to come in and really serve this community and have a full schedule
• Visa: J1 only
