Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) or eligible for certification
- Valid PA medical license (or in progress)
- DEA registration
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in ENT
- Proficiency in managing patients of all ages with diverse ENT conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle a 24-hour call schedule with flexibility
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Advanced procedures or subspecialty training in ENT
- Previous trauma hospital experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Prior work in a Level 1 trauma center preferred
- At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work a 24-hour call shift (7:00 a.m. 7:00 a.m.)
- Valid DEA and state license in hand or in process
- Travel and licensure reimbursements applicable as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $3,030.11
