Otolaryngologist Otology Specialist

Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for an Otolaryngologist with an interest in Otology to join a collegial and growing ENT practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and expand an otology-focused service line while maintaining a general ENT practice. The position includes involvement in teaching within an ACGME-accredited residency program, with potential for leadership as a Residency Program Director. Physicians will work in a collaborative, academically affiliated environment supported by a strong referral network and integrated healthcare system.
Shift / Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Call schedule: 1:4 rotation (nights and weekends)
- Residents take primary call coverage
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general ENT care while developing an otology-focused practice
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of otolaryngologic conditions
- Perform surgical procedures related to ENT and otologic conditions
- Participate in shared call coverage with physician team
- Teach and mentor residents within an accredited ENT residency program
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers
- Provide care at regional clinic locations as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Contribute to program development, with potential leadership in residency training
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology (ENT) Residency Program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Interest in Otology (fellowship not required)
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA certification
- Strong clinical, teaching, and interpersonal skills
