This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards while supporting field operations and project management. Contract-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily field activities and subcontractors
	</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
	</li><li>Interpret construction prints and fiber documentation
	</li><li>Conduct site inspections and safety meetings
	</li><li>Track progress, resolve field issues, and complete required reporting
	</li><li>Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew scheduling
</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years telecom construction experience
	</li><li>Leadership/supervision preferred
	</li><li>Strong OSP/ISP construction knowledge
	</li><li>Ability to read construction drawings and fiber prints
	</li><li>Valid drivers license
</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>OSHA 10/30
	</li><li>First Aid/CPR
	</li><li>Fiber/telecom certifications (CFOT)
</li></ul>Work Requirements<ul><li>Outdoor work in varying conditions
	</li><li>Ability to walk job sites and lift up to 50 lbs
	</li><li>Occasional overtime/weekends
</li></ul>
