CGS is seeking a skilled OSINTPAI Targeting Analyst - Subject Matter Expert to support routine Special Access Program SAP and compartmented projects operations and exercises for all intelligence disciplines.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. You will also be responsible for creating collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. • Create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements. • Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise. • Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community. • Three (3) years of specific experience in OSINTPAI exploitation directly supporting special operations intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. • Experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred. • Note: Experience with traditional legacy OSINT duties (i.e., reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI social media or news sources) will not be considered equivalent to experience.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology. • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINTPAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment, including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep-dark web data sources. • Advanced understanding of OSINTPAI authorities, regulations, and policy. • Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. • Superior verbal briefing skills with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5GS-14 level. • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
