CGS is seeking a skilled OSINTPAI Targeting Analyst Language Enabled - Senior to support routine Special Access Program SAP and compartmented projects operations and exercises for all intelligence disciplines.

In this role, your overall support will include conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. You will be responsible for creating collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. • Create collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements. • Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise. • Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community. • Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINTPAI exploitation analysis and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred. • Note: Experience with traditional legacy OSINT duties (i.e., reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI social media or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience. • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories. • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINTPAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology. • Understanding of OSINTPAI authorities, regulations, and policy. • Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. • Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4GS13 level or above. • Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) on a designated language as identified by the Government. • At the Governments discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement. • Active DoD Top Secret SCI.
