Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join a busy Orthopedic Trauma practice in an outpatient-focused role. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, and a supportive clinical environment.
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- No call required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient orthopedic trauma follow-up care
- Perform pre-operative evaluations for surgical patients
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Practice Environment:
- Established orthopedic trauma program
- Support from LPN and Medical Assistant
- Team-oriented and collaborative setting
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
- Active DEA license required
- Experience in Orthopedics and/or Trauma
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
