Job Opportunity: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
Our organization, a prominent multi-specialty orthopedic group with over 40 partners, is located in the vibrant city of Tucson, Arizona. We are currently in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team. This private practice offers cutting-edge surgical facilities, research centers, and outpatient clinics, all equipped with onsite support such as physical therapy, imaging services, and patient education resources.
We provide onsite mentorship for fellows in 2026 and 2027.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 3 days in clinic and 2 days in the operating room, with the possibility of additional days.
- Scope of Practice: Open to both degenerative and deformity-focused procedures.
- Patient Volume: Immediate patient volume from day one, with dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APP) and Medical Assistants (MA) assigned to each surgeon.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus wRVU incentives, along with a two-year partnership track.
- Incentives: Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance available.
