Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency
  • Completion of an accredited Spine Surgery fellowship
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Utah
  • Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
